The Star Spangled Banner is actually my favorite anthem. It's a constant reminder of why our country is here: we took it. We fought for it and won, which makes me somewhat proud every time i hear it (even though i hate violence/war).

You should go to more hockey games, you learn both anthems pretty well =)

As far as the commie thing goes, the number of self-admitted "dirty pinko commies" at ibiblio is well above national averages (i'm still weird, as a socialist cynical enough to vote Libertarian).
