it's nearly 40 pages already, although that includes 8 pages of University-mandated cruft.

Perhaps later I'll share a draft abstract with you all.
in the mean time, my younger, better-looking brother (aka
_dkg_) has some interesting writing about desktop publishing on Linux, computer security, politics, and being bitten by a snake in Shenandoah.
