well, there's google, which turns up
this on the pronunciation of digits in Chinese.
(okay, a hint for the non-Sinophones: the digits 1, 1, 0 in Mandarin Chinese are pronounced /i:/, /i:/, /lɪŋ/. There's also lexical tone, but that is irrelevant to the riddle).
