thevorak is working on networking. She has just explained to me that her best lead for a certain foundation involves "a board member's wife's brother's wife's step-father", whose name is apparently Jerry.

Any candidates for a kinship term for this relationship between a left-leaning non-white non-profit and a 71-year-old white CEO?

I think the only real term is "apparent conflict of interest" and/or (correct the region as appropriate) "long-repressed jungle fever."

(I feel like i'm turning my back on everything i know about being an open-minded middle-class owner of white guilt.)
