First off, apparently Canada and surdité are also love, but they're purple. ;c)

Secondly, I'd like to add you to my list of Cool Linguists' Blogs (where "cool" modifies either "linguists" or "blogs," solely at my discretion). Having landed here via a similar list on LanguageLog, I'm guessing you won't mind. :c) In any event, it should show up on my links list (not my friends page) in a couple days.

And, FWIW, I didn't like Wild Animus, either.

This journal does occasionally veer into linguistics; be warned that it is usually a personal log as well; linguistics just happens to be one of my frequent interests.

What or where is your List of CLB? (ambiguous adjectival attachment noted).

*smile* Yup, down the right side of the LanguageLog main page is a list of lingly bloggers, you included (you're listed as Language Geek).

As for my List of CLB, it will hopefully replace the disorganized links list which currently appears at the top of my blog (ie, instead of having links to Anggarrgoon, etc etc, I'll have one link up top which refers off to a separate page of ling-related links). That way, I can include all the fun links I like without taking up the top half of every page on my blog. :c)

Off to fall asleep (spent all day interpreting a conference, my first time interpreting between two spoken languages, and I'm *knackered*)!
