Well, I'm only now seeing it documented in a news source that most Amur'cans will respect (if the LA Times is such a source). I had guessed, of course, but I'm a known crank.

Was it actively reported in Nicaragua? I wouldn't be surprised, somehow. I guess the piece of news that's really new to me is that the op was run by a unit explicitly called "psychological operations".
