Things are looking grim for the structure of American democracy -- these bozos seem to think they can pass a law that says Congress can overturn Supreme Court decisions. (Bill text)
Of course, this would be overturned as unconstitutional -- by the Supreme Court. We could find ourselves in a nasty fight if this passes Congress.
It's also not particularly reassuring about the intelligence of our elected officials -- it seems to be straight out of Joseph Heller's Catch-22 playbook.
