deadlines loom

trocheeI have a paper deadline on Wednesday, so I've spent the whole week kicking my own butt to try to get research results. Continuing classwork at the same time has been really hard, so I'be been putting in long hours. While I was enjoying being a morning person, I've become a morning person and an evening person and a late night person.
Last night I spent the night in the sofa in a corner of the lab, because my experiments didn't finish until 1 am, and I had an early class this morning. I slept poorly, but I have results. Now I have to write the paper tomorrow.
Good thing midterms aren't until next week, eh?
