I have a new comic, after a month of procrastination and other things to do.

Making this comic taught me a lot about digital comics creation. In particular, the Balloon Tales Layer Method is really cool.

That is priceless.

You know there are entire cadres of Rose haters.
I kind of liked her - and I was more than passing fond (as was the husband) of the episode where she meets Sarah Jane, who was my first and favorite companion.

This wasn't intended as a polemic against Rose -- just an observation about ostensibly superior intelligences who only want to hang out with "lower" ones. Well, not even that; I just thought it was funny.

I haven't started season 2 yet, so the Doctor here was Christopher Eccleston (I hope it shows in my goofy cartooning style).

Legions of Rose-haters though there may be, I kinda like her. She's definitely not the brightest bulb in the marquee, but she's refreshingly frank as Boswellian characters go; usually they're pointlessly dense or confused in order to provoke more exposition.
