[seattle] tailor recommendations?

I found the suit for my wedding. [livejournal.com profile] blackwingedboy has seen it, and agrees it's a good choice. But I need to take it to a tailor to have it fitted even more closely (it's pretty good already, really, but I bet it could be better).

Does anybody in Seattle have a favorite tailor they recommend who does suit alterations?
(The suit's pretty sharp, but I'm not saying more because [livejournal.com profile] imtboo hasn't seen it....)

you should post this to the seattle community if you still belong to it.
i bet you'd get help.

I don't belong to it, but I wonder if [livejournal.com profile] seattleover30 would be appropriate.

Somehow I'm no longer a member of that community; rejoining.

PS thank you for the recommendation.

Gian deCaro on 1st Ave near the market is wonderful, but also rather expensive. I had my wedding suit made by him, and will be back when I can afford his services for a more ordinary suit, but don't expect that to be for many years....

Thanks for pointing me at the seattleover30 community. I feel like an old fart for wanting it, but I could only bear the childish bitchiness of the seattle one for about a day before I had to unsubscribe.
