why don't we have this word?

Thanks to an international polyglot mailing list (dorkbot international), I saw a Madrideño write "sorry for the exabrupt."

Thus I learned the Spanish word exabrupto: "sudden outburst, harsh remark".

I am all for English adoption of the word. Apologies for the exabrupt.

I am going to use this word. In that context. Unfortunately I am admitting that I have a need for it on occasion...
