cool idea for recreational Perl project

A system that automatically justifies text -- not by inserting spaces, but by varying optional punctuation and substituting word sequences to make lines come out even. A sort of Text::Wrap, but more linguistically sophisticated.

Read the example output at: http://itre.cis.upenn.edu/~myl/languagelog/archives/000133.html (from languagelog). This is a tricky problem but appealing.
