Wikipedia is geek crack
I've just discovered http://www.wikipedia.org/ .
No, I lie. I have known about it for months, but I just went and decided to sign up for an account. Then I looked at the post I did in
alphabet_soup earlier this month (about Persia) and I went from there to Wikipedia entry on country name etymologies and had to add it in myself.
Now I am utterly and completely hooked. I went and added a detail to the page on Governnment and Binding and updated the entry on infixes and... stop me before I contribute to world knowledge again!
Damn. I have to get some homework done. This is addictive.
