Now how about finding me a contact management program like Act which is only for Windows so far. I cannot do my Frontier job without something like that and it's what's keeping me from being able to dump Windows altogether. Well, that and the fact that Frontier's email system is on MS Exchange and it's pretty clunky when viewed in anything but IE. :-(
When you get to play with Chandler, let me know if it can accept calendar (datebook) synchronization with my ancient Palm Visor. My Outlook calendar at work (obligatory) synchs fine with my Palm thru a cradle connected to a USB port. Then I take the Palm home, and I can't synch to my new laptop -- neither Outlook nor PalmOne Desktop.
I will let you know. My toying with Chandler is likely to be Linux-based, so I don't know how useful it will be to you, but I hadn't thought about syncing it to my Handspring (which I don't use much anyway). But it's worth a try indeed.

And-- tell us more about the new apt.
