I hate the to do list client. It's so annoying.

yeah, it's a bit clunky. not clear what the intent of it was really.

sorry if I'm dissing code of yours, [livejournal.com profile] evan. It appears to not be under development by LJ right now-- right?

Ooops. Wasn't trying to diss anyone's code. I can't even code my own name ...

hey, does that have any record? I kinda like that crossed-off items on my own list keep some kind of record of what I was working on in that period.

Very important to make sure one does not neglect fun things like comics :)

Lemme know if you want my strikethr"u" tweak for emacs-wiki. Very handy for keeping to-do lists, *and* the strikethrough markup character is logical not ('~'), allowing a sense of smug satisfaction that you NOT have ~do thing X~.

I put a link on del.icio.us for emacswiki, but i'll be redundant: emacs-wiki.el Homepage.

And (not on del.icio.us, as it's a kludge and should hopefully be properly integrated into emacs-wiki with the next release): emacs-wiki-strike.el. Just (load-file "emacs-wiki-strike.el") at the end of your ~/.xemacs/init.el.

If you're using emacs, there's a slightly different tweak, one which isn't in that file because the EmacsWiki guy was going to fix it up before releasing the new version, all of which is pending the mailing list (and the serious lack of momentum for a new release of emacs-wiki after 2 yeras of stability =)
