But I'm pretty pleased with the idea -- a sneaky private donation tends to only benefit the very wealthy. Try just by zipcode and you'll see that there are a lot of $2000 GWB donors. That's the legal maximum. Many of these $2000 donors are "homemakers" or "students" who happen to live at the same address as CEOs, corporate lawyers, and stockbrokers.
