trocheeThe Iraqi government calls Muntazer (or is it Mundathar?) al-Zaidi's footwear protest yesterday "barbaric and ignominious", which is absolute crap. It's assault, yes, but it's no more ignominious or barbaric than a pie-to-the-face -- more insulting, yes, but not more barbaric.
