Heh. The lama cousin advised me to not be attached to all of those ideas that come when I sit and meditate. Even if they're good.

that's exactly the exercise: let them go. 'Course, it's not easy!

among other things, i learn to trust myself and to live in abundance: (1) I'll remember them afterwards and (2) if I don't, there are more good ideas where they came from.
