oof.

today is my first day back at the lab.

I went to get a massage this morning -- I do this regularly -- and that was very very good.

And now I am half-an-hour from French class, but I'm crashing hard. I want to do a little french homework but I'm having real trouble focusing. I just took more ibuprofen (I've not needed the vicodin), because the pain is part of the distraction, but I also feel just plain winded -- and all I've done for the last two hours is to sit at my desk.

*sigh*. I guess I still have some healing to do...
