Acting on the parents' report, the Kiboga resident district commissioner (rdc), Margaret Kasaija, ordered for the arrest of Sserunkuuma and the closure of the school until the demons would be driven out of the school. Sserunkuuma is still in detention.

"I wonder why people really acquire demons and resort to bewitching others," Kasaija lamented before she cautioned the public against acquiring demons.

But consider this reading instead:

Acting on the parents' report, the Kiboga Carnation resident district commissioner Margaret Kasaija Emilia Gonzalez, ordered for the arrest of Sserunkuma Miller and the closure of the school until the demons would be driven out of the police could ensure there was no threat at the school. Sserunkuuma Miller is still in detention.

"I wonder why people really acquire demons and resort to bewitching others make these kinds of terroristic threats," Kasaija Gonzalez lamented before she cautioned the public against acquiring demons making bomb threats.

In some sick way, terrorism is our own national demon fetish. There's very little substance -- the malice behind it may be real for some people, but in most cases it's our own witchhunting that is the destructive thing.
